i wonder what happen if i upload a 60fps clip
(use 240p)

Unfortunately YouTube updated their check system, so 60 FPS videos can no longer be uploaded from now on (They are automatically changed to 30 FPS). Same with .flv videos.

Your clip does in fact play at 60 FPS, as long as you don't use any modifiers like "&fmt=18" - otherwise, you get the noticeably downsampled 29.9 FPS version. I've seen other YouTube videos that also play at true 60 FPS - check out the vid titled "3DMark 2000 (60 FPS)".

If you click the 'HQ' button, the picture becomes much sharper, but really slow framerate. If you don't click it it's sh***ty quality but it plays really smooth..
