  • I don't get ANYONE can trash this guy...he's got the flash AND he plays with Metheny, he's humble, a good teacher, and he's got mad chops and insane independence. He's a monster.

  • People who keep trying to figure out who is the best drummer in the world are completely missing the point. Music can be competitive but it is not a competition. This guy is truly outstanding. Just enjoy him and his excellent instruction.

  • VIVA MEXICO CABRONES!!! Grate drumming wey

  • @pako18drum

Actually I know he uses constantinoples =] but I know for a fact that it's not thin overhammered, that's because I'm a happy owner of a const. overhammered ride and antonio's ride is way more dry than the overhammered.

    I suspect it's a left side ride ( 22 inch ) used as a main ride.

  • 5 pages in the middle of the book titled "Syncopation" Page 33-37 :D It made me happy to find out I had a book he recommended.

  • @ben4792 he uses constantinople series, which is a product of Zildjian.

I don't know which constantinople ride, there are 6, but I think it is the constantinople Over-Hammered thin Ride

  • anyone has any idea what ride his main ride is? sounds amazing and has a realy nice wabble...

let me know if you have a clue =]

  • great drummer but i dont like

  • fuckin'beast...i hate you!

  • i am a a latino jazz drummer as well and you are the first one i have seen who has made it into the jazz world thanks for the inspiration

  • jungle baybeh!!!

  • I really enjoyed his explanation of different styles/independence, as a 1 or 2 limb ostinato and the other limbs "commenting" on the music. Excellent description.
