【材料】:中筋麵粉5碗、蔥3支、沙拉油3大匙、甜麵醬1大匙、鹽1小匙、生菜適量、叉燒肉適量、沸水250 cc、泠 水130 cc
【做法】:
1、蔥花加入鹽後拌一下。
2、麵粉加入鹽、沙拉油、滾水、冷水後拌勻揉成麵糰,放置一旁醒15分鐘。
3、將醒好的麵糰切成約手掌大小後,捍成麵皮接著把兩面抹上少許油後再撒上蔥花,先捲成長條狀再捲成螺旋狀後再壓平。
4、起油鍋放入蔥油餅煎熟。
5、甜麵醬加入水煮成醬汁。
6、把蔥油餅抹上甜麵醬,擺上生菜、叉燒肉捲起來再切塊,即完成「燒肉蔥油餅」。
