When you have long hair, cutting it all off is something you have to be ready to do. It's pretty clear this woman wasn't ready to do so yet.

Poor girl! What a shock it is for her! She looks stunning but was clearly not ready for it! And that hairdresser shows no emotion at all! I would not want to have her anywhere near me for sure!
