@smithjacusmc And another thing. I don't spend my money on stale coffee. Fresh 3-5 days from roast beans is the only way to go.

@smithjacusmc 10g of coffee per 6oz of water is drinkable but 12g of coffee per 6oz is perfect and even a little bit more wouldn't hurt.

Hey you say that your coffee is no more than 3 weeks old from roasting. Ok coffee should be used on day 3-15 from roasting until it starts to get stale. But that doesn't matter at all here because you are using a pre-ground coffee that is already stale. Green beans last for 15 months, roasted for 15 days and ground for only 15 min max.

great vid man, I love the local coffees in my area they are always great (fresh). Gotta be strong though, can't stand weak coffee lol. (tim hortons an exception)

My brother works at a starbucks... Its a gold mine for me, I've been tasting, picking the best ones that suit me. I found that The House blend is very good.

Sweet like the kicks man. :D
I usually have a French press, I make my coffee, instant, or french pressed. Although I would expect the coffee to brew better in the french press, well It doesn't. Likely I will drink my coffee black, no additives, like you said. The taste, aroma will be ruined if creamer, sugar is added.
And another thing. 1tbs per 6 oz of water is just plain piss!!!!!!

@klarinetta so is that to "strong" for you? or to weak? personally I typically use 1 1/2 per 6oz in a pour over cone filter. It all depends on the coffee.
Do you need some coffee, you seem a bit uptight, and angry, it's just my coffee vid, go make some and try again man.

Hey there Smith - how are you? Tell me why do you fold the edges of the filter? I have to use 2 filters because by the time my cup is filled the bottom of the filter is starting to rip open - ruining a "perfect cup of coffee". I'd like to think I am an artist also LOL. Sincerely, JAMES.

stop the vid at 25sec, and watch the directions that I fold, ya have to use the cone type filters also for best performance.

I like to keep my coffee in the freezer. I think it improves the flavor. I love good coffee, but lately I've had to forego the fancy stuff for the big blue jug of Maxwell House. Trying to save pennies so I can move to New Hampshire.
