  • I found The Pacific much more harrowing and moving than BoB

  • @Liverpool1337 I wouldn't say its better brother, just different.....

  • when the japs kill the skipper i say nooooo that part is sad D:

  • @mac19971 agreed.

  • @playstationextremist EXCTLY MY FRIEND!!!!! IT HAD THE MOST HARSHEST THIGS A HUMAN WOULD COME ACROSS IN WAR........ BOB....... Did not have it........

  • @mac19971 yea after the lady with the baby is blown up by the japanese, and Sledge and Snafu are inside that hut looking at that crying baby, wondering if it was a trap or not. That scene was one of the most suspenseful and mind-numbing scenes i have ever seen. It worried me, and thats what i think the Pacific did a great job doing. It made you feel for the characters and made it feel as though you were experiencing the same horrors.

  • @playstationextremist Same here Bro, same here. Like the time Snafu was throwin' pebbles into that japanese soldiers head, THE TOP OF HIS HEAD WAS GONE.... AS IF HIS HEAD WERE A CUP...... It was kinda Grizzly, Savage, yet Humorous at that part. As well as the time Sledge slipped in a mud stream and landed into that have ruptured Corpse. Nasty.. LOL.

  • @mac19971 yea. ill admit, BoB had a better formula, but The Pacific really went into the soldiers perspective and showed the true horrors of war, something which i believe was missing from BoB. It also showed how pointless it all was, and how it was just a bunch of kids taking lives and losing lives. It was indeed a much more emotional series because of this. Episode 9 and 10 left a mark on me.

  • @playstationextremist The Pacific?

  • @Liverpool1337 It is actually... And a lot more Grizzly and INTENSE.....
