Dorian and Mel: I Remember, Momma - Part 2

Dorian goes to the third floor where she sees her mother, Sonya Roskova Cramer, whom she believed to be dead for the last 30 or more years. At first, she thinks that she is hallucinating until her mother touches her. From there, her mother berates her and articulates her hate toward her children, whom she believes ruined her life. Meanwhile, Mel discovers Dorian is missing from their bed. He and Cassie search for her. Miss Stonecliff notices her missing key and finds Dorian with her mother. She warns her about telling anyone of what she has found. Dorian returns to her bedroom; Miss Stonecliff again drugs Dorian. But Dorian doesn't remain asleep for long. When Dorian awakens, she returns to the third floor to see her mother and she remembers what happened the night her parents supposedly "died." 2 of 5, follows "Dorian and Mel: Buried in the Grave."

I agree. The Canton storyline was gothic and difficult to watch at some points.

Kind of indifferent but with respect for him being a necessary part of Dorian's history and a pivotal character on the show.

The mother is played by Marian Seldes, in my opinion the greatest living actress in the English language. She took a picture at an event recently with Meryl Streep and Streep looked more excited to be taking the picture than Seldes. That says a hell of a lot.
