yes, once your playing you can pay for game time with the cash in game, averagly about 300mil ISK(gp) for 1month. a lv3 battleship costs 120mil and this carrier woudl cost aroudn 800mil, just to show perspective

No u first pay 20$ for activation fee then its 15$ a months for me its well worth it endless fun.
