  • very nice video, thanks

    Muja, Lao Shi

    student of Grandmaster Zhao Changjun

  • Zhao Changjun is a very skilled wushu expert. His skill matched with Jet Li's. I like Zhao!

  • The most accurate and least subjective description of Tai Chi would be to ingerate the male and female relationships taking place everyday.

Which is the root of our dimension as Hue Men.

Man and Woman together as a team, is the most potent source of energy possible in this universe.

Men and Women can do Tai Chi together in a romantic way that will strengthen their sexuality together as equal partners in an open agreement to stay with eachother as one unit.

  • creationode, you put on a very interesting topic here. Would you please email me at jesse@taichihealthways dot com?

  • "Man and Woman together as a team, is the most potent source of energy possible in this universe."

he probably meant yin and yang ...

  • I always believed that movement and flow can unleash our power to heal ourselves; I think physical illness manifests itself when we have an energy block or some unbalance. Breathing is of course also essential. Just thinking out loud here...

  • For the benefit of the uninformed this is the expertly performed more athletic competition version of Sun Style Tai Chi and is not the original Sun Style sequence of Sun Lutang.

The traditional original Sun Lutang style is more suitable for the elderly to learn.

    See Sun Peng on Youtube.

  • you move swiftly i enjoyed the video

  • @VladtheEmailer Ah,the "Er Hu" ,an instrument that can bring out both melancholy and happy feelings at once.I do believe this was the song played at my Sifu's funeral,I believe the song was called "The Running River of Sorrow"

Would this song be played at a funeral?

It was sad but at the same time provided comfort

  • Este chinito se lo ha currao muy bien

  • Nice indeed! All the movements are clearly refined up to super perfection as usual for Master Tsao! Thanks for upload!

  • Not him, you eeeeediot! It was a white boy in SD!

  • Viola is sorry for laughing for laughing at you.

  • Similar to Yang Chen (Fu)..is what I feel, not abridged but modified nicely, or what? I like to incorporate a martial/health style just before sun-up when my personal "plant" is in it's cycle transition. Not intended to be double-talk.

  • VladtheEmailer, wow, I respect your knowledge, both on tai chi and music! Thank you for your understanding!

  • Sun Tai Ji combines elements of Ba Gua, Xing Yi, and Tai Ji Quan. It has Qi Gong movements and is known as Open & Close Tai Ji because of the open & close qi gong hand movements ending each section. One foot always follows the other during advance and retreat. It is the most martial, and the most healthful, as well as the best for elderly people to learn. But yet it is the least practiced of all the styles. What a shame! Of course Jesse Tsao gives a fabulous performance as usual!
