ok so, what ever i do, my mouse thing is a hand, like if i click on the pen, it should turn to a pen top, but its still a hand, how do i stop that? HELP!

this happened to me too, i dont think it has anything to do with the way you're editing the picture, it has something to do with photoshop. look up a an answer on google, because i honestly dont remember how i fixed it.

i remember i restarted my computer, but it really didnt do anything.

@MrPinkyTurtle Ok make sure the beam is in another layer, and if u want to delete some parts of the beam, SELECT the layer of the beam or it has no effect on the beam, but only on the selected photo
