Here's how you start to fix all these problems
Everyone.
Take that credit card and cut it up.
Call them and cancel the account.
Dont just stop useing it because they are working on a new penalty charge for "NOT USING" your card.
they will crap themselves when 40 million people call them up.. Then they wont have a choice but to fix it. Its as easy as that...
I declare March 1st 2010 the day we all call Sears. and take control. pass it on.

why doesn't obama pass a law where credit cards can not go over a certain rate, and let that rate be lower than 29% in interest that incredible

Tighter credit card restrictions? Is he joking? It's Obama that needs to stop the crazy spending spree he's on. Talk about clueless! Here's another 3 TRILLION for health care that we don't have. Oh well, the next generation will pay for it. Meanwhile, isn't he just dreamy?

so what's obama gonna do? put people in jail for using a credit card to purchase a flat screen tv because the person could'nt pay the bill? i sort of see "work camps" entering the equation here...

How about dissolving the Fed, giving us sound money based on gold or silver which will allow us to actually put money in the bank or in a mattress and not have to worry about it being worth less and less over the years? That will bring prices down and allow Americans to maintain wealth. Right now, saving makes no sense, thus they spend. Fix our monetary system and you'll solve a lot of problems.
