Tufboy, this isn't professional wrestling--it's shootfighting, a forerunner to MMA. Chokes are legal. Also, if you look in the upper right corner at 1:55, you'll see two 15s.
There are three ways to win a shootfighting match: knockout (standard 10-count), submission, or reducing your opponent's score to 0. Both fighters start at 15. Each rope escape costs them 1 point, and each knockdown costs them 3 points.
