Snopes this using "Kurt Vonnegut commencement speech", and you'll get the real story behind this.

Cant....Stop......WATCHING THIS!

@PeaceLoveandMovies Yeah, getting old sucks. Here's hoping they come up with a cure for aging before I end up in a nursing home... babbling nonsense, dribbling my Cream of Wheat, and needing my adult diaper changed by low-paid, surly Mexican immigrants who regard me with the same disgusted loathing that I would have for a dead rat...
-
does this depress anyone else? it's brilliant in a way, but it brings me right down...
I hate the intermission when he stops talking and the woman starts singing

If you would read my OTHER comment, posted right underneath the one you responded to, you would see that I DID write that:
"Actually, the lyrics of the song were originally the contents of an article written by Mary Schmich of the Chicago Tribune. She called it the commencement speech she would give if she were ever asked."
Perhaps you should check into the whole story before you so boldly go around calling others ignorant. You might just end up looking ignorant yourself.
