Bang the Keys: Four Steps to a Lifelong Writing Practice
The book writers have been waiting for by writing coach Jill Dearman, with a foreward by John Leland, New York Times reporter and author of Why Kerouac Matters.
Four elegant steps, for when youre ready to dance with your muse, instead of singing the blues:
• B is for Begin with your strongest idea.
• A is for Arrange your material into a concrete form.
• N is for nurture your project with love, so that others may love it too.
• G is for complete it, and let it GO out into the world to live independently.

This book taught me everything I didn't learn in grad school about how to actually sit down and write. With the help of Bang the Keys, I'm over halfway through a book-length draft of a manuscript.

This looks like a great class... way better than any of the writing classes I took in college (and the teacher is cuter, too.) I'm definitely buying the book!
