  • Read your letter to Richard Wagoner Jr. of GM on building hydrogen vehicles in Rochester.

I sincerely hope they consider this move. To survive now means re- tool and in this energy situation we are in now, fuel Independence is key.

  • Then there would be more funds for the people who really deserve it. The awarding of funds would be based not on a lawyers talent or a persons persistance, but on the objective nature of a person's status. Thank you

  • cont. I meant to say Fairport. But living where you do, you don't see how people in poorer neighborhoods take advantage of the system. I wish you would take more of a stand for the full time or nearly full time working poor. There needs to be better oversight of govenment handouts to non workers. Some are definately justified, but some are not. You could save money for NYS, if you observed the ways lawyers are manipulating the system to win money for themselves and their clients.

  • Dear Congresswomen Slaughter,

I feel like my opinion doesn't matter at all to the politicians. Even an explanation to the stands they take on issues would be very appreciated by me. Are you saying in your video, that you welcome questions? Will you explain the reasons that you vote certain ways on issues and propose certain laws. I have so many questions. But I would just wonder why you so favor the non-worker as opposed to the worker. I think it is because you live in rich Fairport.
