The walkway @ 2:30 is not for ladies alone after dark. There are a number of such alleyways down to the beach.
At 2:50,, the hotels around this area are Columbus, Oro Negro, Oro Blanco, California, Parque de la Paz, Noellia Sur, Mare Nostrum. Beach is lovely at the end of this street. Police station nearby also hospital.
