CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A judge orders a teenager, accused of being drunk and high on marijuana during a deadly accident, locked up on $100,000 bond.18-year-old Kyle Stein was arraigned Thursday on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide for a fatal crash on September 13. Stein was driving on a curvy section of Sheed road in Colerain Township when he crashed, killing 16-year-old Rachel McGrath and 19-year-old Eric Moorman. Prosecutors say he had a blood alcohocl level of .113. The limit for drivers under the age of 21 is .02. They also say he had marijuana in his system and was speeding in an effort to catch up with a new sports car to get a look at it.If he's convicted of all charges, Stein faces up to 16 years in prison and a permanent ban on having a driver's license.
