Multi,

The latest Rasmussen has it 56-38% against.

If there was a tsunami in 2010 and the Republicans took back both houses of Congress, couldn't they just do away with this even if it gets through this year? It's near impossible to take away an entitlement once people have it, but if the provisions don't kick in for a few years (unlike the taxes to pay for it), I would think it would be quite a bit easier to repeal.

Catchy tune, but here's what I know:
(1.) Healthcare insurance is way too expensive. (2.) Medical care, especially hospital care, is over the moon expensive. And, (3.), I am not going to read the 2K+ pages of the Healthcare Bill. So, would someone please explain which way forward best solves my point of bringing costs down.

1) Expand HSAs. The consumer needs more skin in the game.
2) Equalize the tax treatment of individual and employee-based policies.
3) Tort reform. Defensive medicine adds at least a couple of percent to the cost in most studies.

4) Ideally, insurance should belong to an individual and move from one job to the next. It would be in the interest of the insurer to sign you up when you're young and healthy and would have an interest in keeping you healthy. The insurer needs to be barred from dropping you or changing you to a higher rate and risk classification if you did develop a chronic or expensive condition.

multi...No need to bulldoze your house in order to remodel your kitchen.
I attended a rally featuring prominent doctors speaking out against the plan. They are from docs 4 patientcare . org. A cardiologist spoke about Ezekiel Emanuel's attack on the hippocratic oath. Emanuel says the hippocratic oath is responsible for the high cost of healthcare. Do you want a gov program that ignores the hippocratic oath? I want the whole system to first do no harm. Let's improve, not destroy healthcare.

Barbara Wagner, a cancer pt was denied an expensive drug by the state of OR, and instead received a letter saying the state would pay $50 for "physician aid in dying." I used to consider MD aid in dying to have some merit because it was based on choice. Now in a case where there is only gov run healthcare, it clearly can decide who lives and who dies, especially when the gov has no money. News flash! IT ALREADY HAS NO MONEY! MD assisted suicide coupled with gov run care gone broke is a nightmare

I assume you mean the photos. It was my first try and I was getting pics from all over the place instead of searching for decent size versions. After I figured that out, the next two videos are much better.

Do you if I had better photos, I would be a two million views?
