Very very interesting. I nice cotrast to the "moving meditation" drek that i just watched.
I was attracted to Chen style because the martial part is more obvious than is some other styles.

Stiff actions, poor kicks and no beauty from strart to end. The art is meant to be performed slow, gracefully, controlled, balanced and focused. Oh well :-)

In my other video, "The Yin and Yang of T'ai chi Ch'uan," I show how the same moves can be performed "slowly, gracefully, balanced and focused," as you say. Please check it out by searching for the title You will probably like that video better.
In this "fast t'ai chi" exercise, the purpose is not to look pretty, but for self-improvement of a particular type of t'ai chi ch'uan skill.
