First of all, thats a Rescue, not an Engine. Second, it's a train station, not a Hotel. Get a Engine, goto a hotel code 3, and record it. Try to download a Federal Q or something, because that siren sucks!!

to the people who couldn't remember what to use to activate sirens for PS2 controls it's R3 to activate both lights and sirens. L3 activates Vigilante missions (for cop cars) and i believe if GTA SA supports it Ambulance and Fire truck missions (idk maybe it's only GTA 3 for fire and ambulance)
