This is my tumbling that i have done lately. I havent been able to tumble much cause i hurt my back again but i have done some. My heigth on my double is horrible and i am not rotating all the way but its a working progress please rate comment and subscribe. I am also working on a new combo round off whip full its bad form in this vid but i am getting it.

@Dollface968 taught myself everything by recording and comparing to youtube videos then making mine look like the ones on youtube. i cheered this year but i had already been able to do everything on my own

duddeeeeee, your a mad sick tumbler :) 2:10 was beautiful. i dont even know how you tumble on grass, after a roundoff on grass my wrists ache like a bitch any tips?

yea mine use to be the same but i started stretching and it helps so much. stretch your wrists very well and start with something small like cartwheels to warm up but also stretch your arms i know it sounds wierd but when i stretched just my wrist they would still hurt. After a while your wrists will get built up and you wont have to warm up i do fulls without warming up now and it doesnt bother me at all and dont forget to stretch after you tumble, check out my other vids just updated a new 1!

i would like to but we do not have very good places to practice i live in a very small town with absoluely nothing in it lol but i am so glad someone if benifiting from my videos thats how i learned =)
