I was watching the DVD commentary for X-Men 3 today, and in it the writers said "there are people who believe we should have given Scott more of a tribute in this movie..." and Ratner cut them off saying "Yeah, but those are just fans of Scott." I really wanted to tear his head off at that point. Shows how much he really does not understand or respect the character. And its not just Cyclops fans who were disapointed, but anyone whoes a true fucking X-Men fan!

@ShadesAtKnight i guess the idiot didnt get the memo. cyclops is the xmen, like mr fantasic is the fantastic 4, captain america is the avengers, ect. its just stupid to have the leader of the xmen not being in a fucking xmen movie. i dont care how popular wolverine is, cyclops is suppose to be the front character.

This cartoon sucks. Only good thing about it is the opening (funny thing, in all X-men cartoons opening are awesome, even 1989) and when i watched it again after some time, i suddenly found out that there was Ice man in a cartoon. And i don't remember a single episode with him more than a 3-4 minutes or cool line. As for Kitty. Cyclops at least defeated all Marauders alone. And many people doesn't like his coat, but my god, look what they have done with Rogue, even her voice sucks.

And to agree with the top comment, I really can't stand Scott; I find him whiney, and to angsty sometimes... But he is a good leader, and the X-Men just aren't the same without him. Wolverine is just the leader type. Plus, he kind of sucks at it. If anyone's the real leader in this show, I'd say it was Emma Frost, lol.

@ShadesAtKnight upstaged by wolverine in X1 and unconcious for 3 quarters of the movie in X2 on to getting only 3 mins of screen time in X3....lovely tribute, it's as if they've been reading the original comics since the 60's
