Variation of crossfit Annie (Double unders and sit ups)
Start with 10 muscle ups then -
50 double unders, 25 back extenstions, 25 sit ups
40 double unders, 20 back extenstions, 20 sit ups
30 double unders, 15 back extenstions, 15 sit ups
20 double unders, 10 back extenstions, 10 sit ups
10 double unders, 5 back extenstions, 5 sit ups
Then 5 muscle ups.
