Napoleon Total War: Old Guard heroic square

See as the Old Guard square holds off against many waves :)
My units were three old guard regiments (Vieille Garde) "Grenadiers a pied de la garde imperiale", one line infantry "18th Regiment d'Infanterie de Ligne", one Polish Lancers of the Imperial Guard, and Napoleon himself.

1st- yes but these arent British, these are French

2nd- this is not a bloody reenactement

i think it is still a waste to let the most exp infantary die to a bunch of peasents, guaurds are only boosting morale instead of fighting!

well i can move and open up the flanks when i use more than one unit. and it also creates more space in the middle

@Supduplemup But does making a square of out 4 units instead of one give it the same attributes as if it was one? I mean does making one unit into a square give it more defensive stats or is it solely the positioning that gives the square its perks. And I mean all of this is terms of the game not real life.
