He had no sense of falling after he stepped off, and had to look back at the balloon to sense movement. Lord have mercy!!! i'll bet that was quite a feel'in. This guy definitly fits the title( balls and nerves of steel)

Really? Wouldnt his body break from the pressure? Or freeze from the altitude? And im pretty sure oxygen in that level of space is very thin.

If there was air around him, however thin, it would mean he is not in "space" as space is a vacuum.

Although 30 km altitude is not even out of the stratosphere, that fast of a free fall is definitely awesome.
