Unfortunately, there are a lot of deceiving ways some Muslim Matchmaking sites try to increase their registration count. Instead of using dodgy tactics to pull people in, Half Our Deen http://www.halfourdeen.com is the only PRIVATE Muslim Matchmaking site that is upfront about it's price and features.

Many years ago, when I was looking online and looking get married, I got tricked by the "free registration" scam just like many others. Years later, a lot of companies are still pulling the same tactics and the only that has changed is their price. As most of you know, I blog about topics that I feel aren't discussed and that are more likely to be put under rug. Often times, my topic choices aren't popular with some people but then again, I'm not here to popularity contest but rather, I want to talk about the issues that are often shoved under the rug. This is one of the reasons why I don't do videos about the typical topics (music, halal meat, beard, etc..) because I feel these issues have become saturated. There are so many more issues to discuss.

Anyways, as most of you know, most of my efforts these days is with my new project Half Our Deen, where I'm trying people find each other for marriage. More importantly, my goal is to keep them together which is the reason why the majority of the past videos have been about tips of having a successful marriage (another topic you'll never hear in Jummah). If you want to fail, try to make everyone happy. If you want to succeed, focus on making Allah (swt) happy.

There is a Fake site named "half-our-deen com"...people are copying the name!

@MrNiceGuy114 ever since the success of Half Our Deen, they're have been many companies trying to make fake knock offs of Half Our Deen with the hopes they will find naive people. They're trying to trick people to think they're Half Our Deen. Joke!. The real Half Our Deen site has the same logo that I'm wearing and actually has a PRICE page :) I think they should spend their money improving their services instead of trying to buy URLs that sound like Half Our Deen. Its just silly.

@SiiaFaerie I know exactly what you're talking about. I got tricked too by the other sites and I'm so happy that Half Our Deen is doing things differently. My friend has a profile on Half Our Deen and says he really likes it too. Most of the people that I know that use the site say they use it cuz its private and just $5 and there are NO ADS on the site. why can't the other sites be upfront about their price too instead of forcing us to register?

hey i think your whole idea of website is pretty briliant. even though i dont use it cuz i dont need to right now, but its pretty cool ma'sallah.

i think you should start back your reminder videos back again. they were pretty good running for the Youth. I guess the halfourdeen website it for those who are ready to begin another part of life. idk... thats just my thought.
