Interesting you mention TMobile, as they have just announced a new service that will be able to handle the hand off between cellular and WiFi. Regardless, as is Steve Jobs' want, he would never create a piece of hardware to be used on some other network or managed by a different application. That's why you can't use Windows Explorer to move files on and off your iPod. Don't plan on it. But if you want a device like that, get the Sony Mylo.
