As much as the "free market" seems ideal to play itself out, kansasmail honey, how much has it actually corrected itself to be "fair market?"
Passing a "co-op" or "trigger" is nothing more, but a bailout to the Health Industrial Complex with absolutely no usury law against increasing premiums and parsed coverage.
