Something to ponder. Countries that have military nuclear power aren't spoken of as to be attacked at will by some folks like John Bolton, Bill Kristol, Richard Perle and a slew of others from The Project. So just in that, that knowledge alone could drive countries to want to create their own militarized nuclear abilities so as to not be open for business from the bomb brigade of chicken-hawk neocons.
