ISNA Convention 2009 - Session 6A Part 11

Being True to the Dream: Maintaining Our Muslim Identity - This main session will bring together a panel of parents, youth and scholars to address the difficulties and challenges faced by youth and parents striving to be a part of the American cultural landscape without losing their Islam. The panel features a young imam, two parents themselves raised primarily in the U.S. and two youths dealing with the various pressures, questions, issues and crises of faith surrounding them in our society.
