Hummmmm. Seems like the one with ALL THE POWER to be able to "banish a very powerful angel as Lucifer from heaven to earth, create man in the "prison" where Lucifer lives, put a tempting tree in the middle of the garden, allow Lucifer to seduce them to fail and disobey, banish them from this garden and sentence them to physical & spiritual death" is God.
