i had a simmalar concept for a phone OS,good that their other people that think the same and are changing phone os's for the better.

The first phones that are going to have android programming on them, will be HTC Dream and a Samsung(unknown model name).
Both of these phones will be the first to take on the android programming. HTC phone is going to be the better of two, the proto looks like a Nintendo DS Design, except with a keypad and with a LARGE touch screen.

Yes, around May time period, the three google phone concepts will be shown, including 1 from HTC, and two from samsung

Because "multi touch" is not an innovation created single handedly by apple, so there would be no reason why google would have to pay apple to use the same or a similar system.
