They have a glove on one hand, it seams that it is to protect it but not the food!!
The crepes jump from one hot plate to the other one, touched with the "non- glove hand" and at the end, money, money, lets take it with both hands!!
That's all discusting and a shame for the profession!!!!!
I m actually opening my crepe business and there is so much rules to follow... these disgraceful people should not be selling food!!
