I just discovered something, Arizona also uses night speed limit signs! not just in Texas and Montana. Example, get off I-10 at exit 269, go north or south at Wilmot Road, you will find a speed limit 45 sign with a NIGHT 40 sign in place. For some reason, Tucson uses NIGHT speed limit signs on some roads.
