I was born with an umbilical cord wrapped around my neck. Since then, I've always had a hard time learning. I've had to work harder than most people at EVERYTHING I do. But you know what? I'm 21 now and even after failing out of school TWICE, I'm still pursuing my degree in engineering. I just landed a research position in cancer therapy and drug delivery BECAUSE of the help of this message: "If you want something, go get it. If you've got a dream, then do whatever you can to protect it." :)

@BunnyHanyou No it's not. Plenty of people who have a great deal more experience than you will sometimes tell you something can't be done or simply isn't worth attempting. Negative criticism is often honest, words of praise many times are not.

Don't let other people decide for you what you should do but do listen to what they have to say. Bloody Will Smith can spout nonsense like this when he's a big successful movie star, for each new star born in Hollywood a thousand dreams have fallen.

i have a speech impediment...cant say my R sound and barely studder....my dream....is to have a movie about me........so everyone would know wht it would be like to have one....only 5 percent in the USA have whgt i have
