@DerafsheKavian Type 'Iranian Embassy Siege' into Google and you will quickly see what I am talking about. I have not heard of any other incident at the Iranian embassy since then (1980)

@tommyboomboom you are probably mixing it up with the incident at the Lybian delegation. In 1983 Iran's Embassy was ransacked and the embassy personel including the ambassador were held hostage for a day and a half. Storming and occupying Iran's embassy has been a regular occurrence ever since.
