The SEAL (Strength, Endurance, Aerobic, Loading) Challenge is a 1 day (up to 24+ hours) Challenge conducted at Phillip Island. It is aimed at members with a moderate and beyond fitness level. It is designed to push you and your group in every aspect of training combining physical fitness, mental toughness, emotional pressure, teamwork and the will to succeed and win.
Members will be under physical duress within a controlled pressure environment and learn how much more their body and mind can take. We push team members into predicaments they are not generally exposed to and see whether the react positively or negatively and if needed assist them in realigning their attitude to reflect what all effective organisations require for success.
