Well, as I say in the video, I haven't had a chance to do much with my swords of late, but in lieu of that: Here's Bob, the Dead Boar.
My father came across what was left of him after a hunter bagged him and chopped him up for dinner. He took the skull home and dunked it in a bucket of bleach for a while, which made it rather frail and pieces chip off a lot.
In doing so he noticed that poor Bob had led a hard life. In addition to being shot and eaten, he had also been hit hard with something (car?) that broke part of his nose and fractured his eye socket. The bones are half-knit together, so he obviously survived it, whatever it was.
Eventually my father gave him to me and I noticed he was a little near-sighted, so I gave him a pair of my old glasses. He now resides next to my printer and keeps a disapproving eye on my often messy bedroom. You can spot him without his glasses in my other videos. Notice how he keeps squinting. Near-sighted, I tell you.
And man, every time I hear myself talk in a recording I kind of flinch. I sound like I'm talking through my nose. It does not sound like that to me in person, or I'd stop talking. Must be the microphone... that's it, the microphone.
Why?
