@ScooterayROX I'm pretty sure the "Photoshop" in the top left corner of the title bar would indicate that it is.

but photoshop dosnt look like that,its black around the edges and has different option s to that, like burn and crystelize

@ScooterayROX Did you note the version of Photoshop that is being used? This is CS2. I can assure you that this is Photoshop.
