What would you recommend Canon PowerShot SX230 HS or SX210???

You can reduce grainy effect in indoor photography very easily. Just set your ISO to "200" instead of "Auto" when you take indoor photograph. This will give you deep colored dramatically improved pictures. In case of outdoor photography, itz better to set ISO in "Auto" or "80".

I bought this camera and I don't like it. It has no AiAF in any mode other than "Auto". I like to take pictures in "P" mode with "Vivid" color settings, but now I've only center or face detect focus in "P" mode. This is disgusting. Also the picture quality is too much grainy or noisy which I don't like at all. I had been using my old PowerShot A560 camera for 5 years. It produces crystal clear pictures with excellent color, only limitation is that it has a very narrow picture area coverage.

@potestas1000 I saw it on ebay a couple weeks ago for $70. Its price has dropped since the more upgraded version, Canon SX230 came out. In my opinion though, their pretty much the same...
