Shredder Sunday # 21 - Nike+ Running Challenge!

The Shredder+ Team kicked off Day 1 of the July "Fat to Phat" Nike+ Challenge.

The goal? To log as many miles as possible in the month of July. This is more of a competition with ourselves to break old boundaries and limiting mindsets, and post "personal bests" while having fun and supporting each other along the way.

Hey thanks for the tip about not having to buy the Nike Shoe. Don't get me wrong, I love the Nike, but buying a shoe just 'cause it holds the sensor seems like a waste. Cheers!
