Freddie Everett CW39 New Year's Eve Special

This aired New Years Eve 12/31/08, using footage filmed in April, '08. This was before the trach, ventilator and feeding tube. He's gained some wieght back, since then. The album referred to was released on April 19th '08 at the benefit, and is titled The Fire Of Faith. The benefit actually took place over two days, on April 19th at the Firehouse Saloon and the 20th at The Concert Pub. A special thanks to Mia and everyone at CW39 for helping out. Thanks to everyone's generosity, we actually did quite a bit better than reported. That money is long since gone and money is still an issue for Freddie and his wife Annette, but a few have continued to make donations. @briantheoutlaw Sorry for for not replying to this sooner. You're more than right. The day at the Firehouse was billied as the big one, and that's what it turned out to be, his last goodbye in person. Freddie lasted the whole day and stayed until we closed it down. That picture in USA Today of Freddie with Reid and Vent was taken at the Firehouse. There was a lot of love that day. Freddie was too burned out to make the Concert Pub, the next day.
