  • Hey, your Yurt is beautiful! I am trying to get together a move to do something similar..I am in NY, so I'm looking to move upstate NY...i totally appreciate you listing the the prices for the yurt and the deck and utilities, its helpful. So, all of the carpentry of the interior of the yurt is included in that 30, 000?

  • @Comrade4Life Yes, The 30, 000 is for everything having to do with just the yurt itself. However be aware that the garage is not ours and so a lot of the costs for hooking up utilities, site prep, putting in a driveway, ect. are not included in that estimate.

  • This is a Pacific yurt, yes? WHy did you go with that brand?

  • @the2became4

Pacific yurts had the options we wanted, good customer service, and was able to get it made and shipped to us in the short time frame we needed. We've been very happy.

  • hey dude, awesome home, i saw this a couple of years ago when i checked into yurks. but i was wondering how much all together do have in it? not counting your stuff, just the stuff you needed to live in it. bathroom, the stoves, the basement/garage.

  • @atooltobe

The yurt itself cost $20,000 dollars. All of the wall framing, deck, appliances were another $30,000.

  • Das not Limerick City...

  • @PhoenixPhire22 : Seriously?? This place was beautiful! Sharp corners and stark white walls might be better suited for you.

  • @DeathMetalDeth

Our yurt cost us $20,000. We paid another 30,000 for the deck, utilities, appliances and furnishings. I have no idea about solar panels and internet access is just going to dependent on where. We have internet access but we are also very much on the grid.

  • @PhoenixPhire22 I don't think the place was unclean- really... you had to comment on that?

  • Stunningly beautiful inside. I hope to live in something like this one day :) You inspire me.
