She's pretty damn good for a high school student. And mrami9994---why is it that any comment you make on a youtube video is to complain about the artist's intonation and technique or to wave your degree in everyone's face?

They are brilliant musicians all together but the soloist is exceptional.

Elaine Fitz Gibbon. She was the winner of the Davis High School Concerto Competition in 2007. You can read about the competition and Elaine on the orchestra web site in the video description.

everyone is out of tune.......;
too much music for the soloist.......her technique is not ready for this giant of a piece....; needs more study......
but it is high school after all....

Yes, more study... which is why she went on to the New England Conservatory after high school.
