He's not wrong per se, but it's not the Saudi royal family that is funding the wa'habi schools but rather people of wealth in Saudi Arabia (that more likely than not made their fortune from oil revenue) that fund the extremist schools. And while I agree that Afghans and Iraqis are not America's enemies, their govts (at least in Afghan's case) directly set the table for groups at war with America to operate freely and without rebuke... the same cannot be said of the Saudi royal family.
