The same Librarian trick, but, it appears that -as someone already said here- there's an additional requirement of visiting the inverted castle first.

Once you level the sword familiar up to lv50 you can equip it. Once wielded it won't level up any further. I recommend you to make it Lv.99 because for this sword ATTK=LV, ergo LV99 means ATTK=99 :)
I don't remember where I found it, but a quick internet search reveals it's located at olrox quarters (breakable ceiling in the left side of the corridor beneath Olrox's room).
