Eat your fruit first, close your kitchen no later than 8, and switch all your white starch to whole grain and no fried foods! Worked for me! I work out 4 times a week. Lost 62 lbs. ;D

@sassymatazzy LMAO I have women in my fam with perky boobs still....its all in taking care of yourself ...so maybe yours but im determine not to let mine drop lmao....plus most women my age boobs have dropped so that shows alot itself already...I always get asked if my boobs are real cause its not that common anymore to have natural perky plumped boobs at my age
