Video footage taken of an artificial lake located in Deleware County NY. It is shown in both color and surreal black and white infrared. The beginning and end are shown with the natural sound of water from the lake flowing into an off camera drain. The middle segments are shown in time lapse with the video footage shown at 500X normal speed. • Thanks to this good for nothing wireless mouse that I have I clicked "remove" on someone's comment by mistake.

  • Top!

  • @Johannesbaerli Thanks!

  • Thanks! This is "taken out of order". The mist scenes were done last Sunday morning. The time lapse sequences were done the day before in the late afternoon. I had some early afternoon footage but the wind was too strong. It kept shaking the camcorders. (I have new, heavier tripod heads that I'll use next week)

  • beautiful!

  • Thanks. I hope to do more of these Fall colors to infrared next week..........provided that tomorrow's rain doesn't remove the leaves from the trees! I am also getting a better support for the camcorders so they don't shake. I had cheap mini ball heads on a double platform which were not good for video. The tape moving through the camcorders were making the cheap supports vibrate at times! I also have to put the IR camera on manual focus next time. The auto focus fails in changing light.

  • Thanks! I should have a few more of these color/black and white infrared videos uploaded latter this week..........with better tripod heads!

  • Just stunningly beautiful. Amazing how the changing light affects the scene so much. It's almost like three or four different locations all taken from the one point-of-view.
