Father's Day Snackage: Zesty 3 Seed Crackers

This is my dad's recipe for raw dehydrator crackers! And irrefutable evidence that geekiness runs in the family...

Just out of curiosity; Is your whole family vegan? it's hard for me to stay on track, my hubby is a meat guy... so I can do vegetarian... but being vegan would be hard in this house!

those crackers look great. i have been making a ton of kale chips with tahini and spices and what nots in the dehydrator. your dad's recipe is timely--i was just thinking about making some crackers very similar to these. how were they? i just tried some with corn and chipole chili powder that were pretty good. xo kittee

@kittee68 Oooh yum, I've been reading about kale chips all over the internets lately, but haven't tried them yet (not sure why, they sound super simple...) With tahini? Delish.

These crackers are good, I think they're better with dips and spread than on their own, and they're plenty crispy. :)
