Your T2i has the same sensor as the 7D, so you will practically have the same image quality if you use it with the same glass. However, buying a used 70-200mm is a big risk. There's nothing to say the previous owner has not damaged it; and even if it works like a new lens now, you could end up having issues with it later on which could cost you more than the actual lens, should you have to repair it. I would either save up for a new one, or buy the f4 IS version.
